Our founders, Nadeeja Bomiriya and Suwani Kananke, bring decades of combined technology experience to the table. Having walked in the shoes of IT professionals themselves, they understand the challenges of rapidly changing tech landscapes and the importance of assembling high-caliber teams that can tackle those challenges head-on.
With 20+ years in IT, a Melbourne Business School MBA, and a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University, Nadeeja has led teams in roles like Regional Director at Clade Solutions and Head of IT at Club Assist. A 7-time Microsoft MVP (Business Applications), Nadeeja co-founded Apprau to help clients leverage technology for transformative success.
A seasoned Business Analyst, SAFe Certified Product Owner/Manager, and ITIL-certified professional, Suwani brings a strategic and analytical edge. She has extensive experience across banking, finance, government, and education industries. Also a co-founder of Apprau and a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from Monash, she’s passionate about bridging the gap between tech solutions and real-world business needs.
Sammy’s diverse background in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, and Community Building makes her an excellent fit for Grid Talent. An alumna of the University of Melbourne (Bachelor of Commerce/Arts), she has worked with HR teams at IBM, GE, and Macquarie Bank. Beyond her professional expertise, Sammy combines her love for food and fashion as a content creator at The Sidesmith. We’re delighted to have her on board, helping us shape and grow our talent community.
